Chemplify didn’t start with a business plan or a catchy slogan. It began with 150 engineers at our parent company, CodeChem, who live and breathe code, and kept asking the same question: “Why is finding great projects and great talent still so painful?”
A Spark in a Tiny Office
One afternoon, in a cramped corner of the CodeChem office, fuelled by too many espresso shots, we sketched out a simple idea: what if we built a talent partner that borrowed CodeChem’s technical muscle but focused 100 percent on matching people and projects? That sketch became Chemplify.
